Evolution is happening all the time all around us, you plank! you can literally see it with your own eyes! for instance: a caterpillar evolving into a butterfly!!!!!!!!!

Caterpillar metamorphosis into a butterfly is nothing to do with evolution, it's a developmental process. Evolution doesn't happen to one individual over the course of it's lifespan (you're getting confused with Pokemon style 'evolving'), it happens to entire populations of organisms over many generations.

Nope, nor to a scientist either. There are simple and sufficient natural explanations for most all observed cosmological phenomena, hence no reason to invoke the supernatural to explain either them or the bits of the universe we do not yet understand.
For evolution we simply have to note that many traits of a living organism appear in its offspring (inheritance), some of these traits vary from individual to individual (variation), some of these variations are beneficial or detrimental to the organisms survival (differential survival), more organisms are born in each generation than survive to reproduce (selective pressure) and this has been true as far back as anyone can determine (deep time).
Inheritance + Variation + Time = Evolution.
