What do democrats find offensive: the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, Capitalism, People WITH Morals and/or Christian values, and ANYBODY who DISAGREES with them!

It's true. The moral position, marriage equality, is a sin by communist standards.

And the Republicans stand for total freedom for everyone, including women, gays, minorities, and atheists.
You're allowed to have morals, just as long as you keep them to yourself.

Out of wedlock births: Compare the teen pregnancy rates between the red states and the blue states and get back to us.
Atheism: Yes, you ARE required to accept it according to that Freedom of Religion clause you're always screaming,about.
Homosexuality: Get your boots off of their necks and they'll get out of your face.

Destruction of the black family: WTF?
Generational welfare: Liar. First your boys set things up where upward mobility is nearly impossible for huge segments of the population, then they set a five year lifetime limit on welfare.

No, this is pretty recent. Eisenhower didn't whine like this. Even Nixon, as crazy as he was, at least didn't act like a spoiled child. George Bush Sr. even did the brave thing and raised taxes, committing political suicide in the process. It's only once Clinton got in that the right regressed to a bunch of spoiled toddlers.

Centrist, business and defense Republicans have never been like this, but certain sections of the right have always acted like this. If you look at what Phyllis Schlafly was saying 48 years ago, you'll find her ranting about the inevitability of the Great Society of LBJ leading to polygamy . It's the whining of the McCarthyites, the John Birch Society and the others who thought Goldwater lost because he was not conservative enough. The ubiquity of this nonsense today is testament to a) the internet and how our media has changed; and b) to the implosion of the Republican Party.

P.S. Curious that JM thinks democracy is communism and that those practicing democracy are all "pro-abortion," poverty, etc. Apparently a non-democratic government is the only moral government.
I will agree with you that poverty is immoral, however, it is not the people who are forced to live in poverty that is immoral, it is the greedy who do nothing to help those in poverty that are immoral. It is the fact that poverty exists while others exploit that poverty for personal gain that is immoral. In a completely moral society, poverty would not exist.
