After reading quote 13116 and the second paragraph I want to take this stand:
1. There is enough division in the so called, 'Christian churches' regarding racism and even defining 'What is a Christian Church' that the comments and beliefs from one who is a member (Maybe not even a church goer or far less) seems to canonize their belief as 'Truth' and anything different as pagon or hedonistic or anti-christian. This is not any foundation or confirmation of anything, but true 'Ignorance'.
2. I know the sixties and the segregation that I witnessed was deplorable. It definately was against the Law of God. The so called 'Communist Movement' claimed by Mr. Daniel Cocciardi is not only bogus, but downright foolish at best. My suggestion is to begin reading your bible again and start from a position of discovery rather than from a standpoint, 'I know it all, because I read a few books.'
3. The words used by Mr. Daniel Cocciardi, Christian Church fortunately are not defined by his narrow ignorant views as to what is Christian or not, but defined by Jesus Christ Himself in our Holy Scriptures. "Where two or more are gathered in My Name.." So, I would be real careful about mixing conversation about segregation and integration with the words, Christian Church.
4. And probably the most disappointing of all, I am Daniel's father and after reading this I realize I failed in being able to teach my son the true meaning of love of God and man. All I have to say after internalizing Daniel's beliefs and comments written here, "God please forgive me.".

2)Please spare me the "Father Knows Best" routine with the "God please forgive me"..
You raped your own daughter in front of me when I was 4 years old and got away with it. Then for 20 years I watched you treat my mother like absolute garbage while she did nothing but serve you and be supportive of you while you complained about your "rough" day at work. I watched as you screamed at her DAILY!! DAILY!!! to the point where she was in tears.
3) Then, you attempted to "help" me, my brother and sister by giving us money that was actually a bribe to shut us up.
4) You divorced my mother, married a hooker from Brazil with an 8 year old daughter, dumped her in Brazil when her visa expired and divorced her then remarried once again.
5) You, sir, are in no place to criticize anyone. Indeed, you need forgiveness. I held this back for so long but your cowardly and undue public shaming of me was a bit too much for me to stomach. You have some nerve.
4) A little Bible study homework for you father. Check biblical commandments prohibiting incest and adultery and the biblical penalty for these disgusting crimes.
5) Lecture me on love? I love the Lord. The Lord says, "If ye love me keep my commandments". The commandments demand that we put to death those who commit adultery and incest.
