We outlaw cannabis and mushrooms but yet we legalize the sale of alcohol which leads to DWI and tobacco which is known to cause cancer.
That is why the arguments for ToE has not convinced me in the laws of science and nature.

Visit The Netherlands. You'll come back as a fully convinced person on matters of evolution. We have legalised drinking (age 16 for mild alcoholic, 18 for strong alcoholic), cannabis (once you are 18), mushrooms and several other "luxeries".
Their is even a plan tp send prostitutes to Iraq ro help "relieve" the stress of our soldiers. Great thinking, isn't it?
My first thought when I read this was "What the hell...", then I opened the comments page and the very first submission by Madame Scarlet started with "What the hell..." Made me laugh. Thanks, Scarlet.
I think this was pretty much everyones reaction to this asinine brain fart.
It's logic Jim, just not as we know it!

In fact I'd go as far as to say it's some kind of primitive, superstitious lifeform crudely trying to battle scientific evidence with mythology. Most curious!
So where's this specimen's homeworld anyway?
...
oh fuck, my condolences Captain!
So which isolated valley on what lost continent was this gentlemen raised on as to be this devoid of knowledge?
...
No way! My logic states that is impossible without massive and systematic supression of knowledge, willful ignorance and book burnings.
...
Oh. Recommend setting warp factor 9 and never returning Captain. (Is deploying a Class III planetary thermonuclear device prudent just in case this kind of stupidity is viral?)
Some Christian leaders wear distinctive clothing (strange collars, ornate robes and really cool hats), others wear clothing that cannot be distinguished from anyone else's and still more wear really loud ties.
That is why the teleological proof for God's existence does not convince me.
Umm.. So, did Congress pass the Law of Gravity, or did I miss that debate?
Knowledge 3, you underwhelm me. Are you actively testing the mushrooms of which you speak, or is this a wholly natural gift of miscommunication? Please research the concept of "cause" and "effect"-- you will no doubt find it fascinating.
Translation:
I state something that is quite non-beneficial and is caused by the government.
The very same evil government who outlawed the teaching of the Bible in public schools.
The government did something wrong, therefore everything it does is wrong.
Supporting the teaching of evolution means accepting the theory of evolution.
Thus, evolution is wrong.
The government did something stupid (again), therefore facts are wrong?

...OH! Wait! I think I just parsed it!
Dumbshit here apparently doesn't realize that the term "law" as used in science is different from the term "law" as used in government. He thinks that that evolution is a law passed by the government! Since he has convinced himself of that absurd premise, he then figures that since the government often passes stupid laws, then this one is probably stupid too.
OK, now it just makes me laugh instead of saying "WTF?"
While I don't smoke or drink, I must say that limiting anyone's freedom to do what they will (so long as they don't harm others) is by its very nature evil. How that applies to evolution is beyond me, though.
No matter how often I go on here, I still manage to find an unnoticed gem once in a while, and it's all thanks to carpet, after all without that how would we ever invent the jackal?
Alcohol leads to tobacco?
Using cannabis and mushrooms also lead to DWI, stupid.
Your last sentence doesn't make any sense, at all. Things addapt to their changing environment, therefore we should allow cannabis? Whut?
It's astounding. K3 displays a rudimentary understanding of logic (it is nonsensical to outlaw one thing on the grounds of perceived harm, but to allow another that causes greater harm on grounds of personal liberty), then blows it out of the water with the non-sequitur.
Perhaps this is just fundyism in a nutshell. No matter how familiar you are with logic and reason, your prejudices trump everything.
My theory is that "Knowledge3" believes "laws" are something that scientists make (they did make the laws of thermodynamics, motion, gravity and every-bloody-thing else after all), and because they (scientists) didn't make a law against alcohol and tobacco, which are just as much harmful as pot and 'shrooms, they have, inadvertently, lost credibility with Knowledge3, hence making it difficult for him to believe in another one of their theories that sounds "obviously" bonkers, "man from monkey? Hah, yeah sure, so my grandparents lived in a tree? I don't think so Mr. Scientician."
First statement made sense, exposing utter insanity.
What the fuck happened to the second one is beyond me.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
