[Warning: irony alert...]

[“—Yes, there are militant a-hole atheists. But they are very few and far between. Can we stop perpetuating this stereotype?”]

Ask Richard Dawkins & Christopher Hitchens – they’re theones making atheists look like a-holes by slandering religious folks and using strawmen.

How many scientists have created something out of nothing? Zero? Not even a stick of juicy fruit gum? Amazing when you compare that to the creation of the entire universe. Well, I guess I’ll leave all you sophistimicated smart folks alone now, and go back to thumping my Bible. P.S.–If atheists are just as capable of being as moral and decent as believers, how come they all seem to be insufferable a$$holes like you, Phil?

It seems to me that Homeopathy does work.

Does it really? Maybe the people to ask are the patients and their Doctors, instead of a bunch of frustrated lab nitwits up on their statistics and double blinded, randomized, placebo controlled “studies”. The life threatening illnesses, and their cures, don’t happen in those labs, they happen in the real world, which, oh by the way, is not the domain of the lab b0ffins nor their politicized masters.

Can it possibly work and how? Can a rocket possibly carry men to the moon? How about lasers—are they possible? In the 1930's that would have been dismissed as nonsense.
Who knows until scientists and researchers have had a go at it. Could quantum phenomena be inovlved? Again, who knows until its researched. Neither side can be sure of anything till that’s done. Neither side has the edge on deciding and there’s still those doctors and patients insisting that they benefited from it. What are the odds it’s all placebo effect? Zero.

Has anyone even thought about the arrival of Nibiru, AKA Planet X, noting that even Norway has decided to try to save its population by building a large underground base—completion date 2011.

Extreme: perhaps. The bottom line we do not know. We don’t know what kind of impact this planet is going to have.

I am looking for the truth. Apparently—the governments think we are not going to be able to handle this truth—and in the end, what will and can be done??? Planet X no longer can be hidden—and even though it passes us once every 3600 years, we simply do not know—what kind of impact this planet will have.

Yes, there feels like there will be a harvest—of some sort.

We have to stop destroying ourselves—yes, these are strange and wonderful times. It matters.

some "teacher" #fundie blogs.discovermagazine.com

Dumbest astronomically misconstrued comment I can ever remember receiving is when, at the end of a planetarium program I had just ran, a teacher approached me and said she wished the show hadn’t talked about evolution so much. The show never mentioned evolution and I told her so. She then said, “The narrator said ‘evolution’ many times over!” “Wait,” said I, “Are you talking about ’stellar evolution?” “I don’t know what kind of evolution it was, but I don’t agree with it.” I felt obligated to explain that stars evolve and that the word doesn’t always have to be about her. She ended with, “Well they should pick a better word to use then.”

The sun is the cause of global temperature changes, humans have very little impact on global temperatures. Global warming was coined in the late 70’s as a way to tax air. CO2 rising follows temperature changes.

Evolution is a religion that had one source, a group of wealthy individuals who practiced inbreeding, this is important because, if you believe that genetic variability helps species survive, why would you marry and have children with your first and second cousins only?

Einstein for example married his cousin, as did Darwin as have nearly all the ruling classes. This explains all of their birth defects which led to their early deaths and their delicate mental states.

All of the things I have said may upset you, but being people who investigate things, you should make sure that everything I have said is false.

On the other hand, animals adapting to their surroundings makes perfect sense and the world did not need a plagiarist inbreed to tell them that.

Happy studying

I predict a major malfunction of LRO. Silence is an easy cover for lies.

Japan recently crashed its Kaguya Lunar Orbiter on the surface of the moon.
Despite Japan being the leader in camera technology, Kaguya, strangely, did not carry a camera with sufficient resolution to photograph Apollo landing site remnants.

This week, the Americans will launch the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter from Cape Canaveral whose main mission is to silence moon hoax conspiracists. It is scheduled for a four-day journey to the moon whereupon it will conduct a one-year mission to survey the moon. The LRO is allegedly carrying a camera with ample resolution to photograph Apollo landing site remnants.

Although several lunar orbiters have been sent to the moon by the United States and other nations, strangely, not a single orbiter since Lunar Orbiter 5, sent to the moon by the United States in 1967, has carried a camera with sufficient resolution to photograph objects the size of Apollo remnants. Unfortunately, in 1967 there were no alleged Apollo remnants yet on the moon.

One of the pillars of the scientific method is independent verification. If Apollo was a NASA lie, the same people that lied are doing the verification. Sad.

LOL. Did ignorance and dogma bring us the atomic bomb? No. Biological weapons? No. Nerve Gas? Nope. All science.

Funny how you are all about science but you’re too afraid to defend your theory (fact? Don’t make me laugh. Evolution is unprovable), nope, rather than defend it, anything else must be suppressed. Welcome to Orwell’s world.

“There are only two possibilities as to how life arose; one is spontaneous generation arising to evolution, the other is a supernatural creative act of God, there is no third possibility. Spontaneous generation that life arose from non-living matter was scientifically disproved 120 years ago by Louis Pasteur and others. That leaves us with only one possible conclusion, that life arose as a creative act of God. I will not accept that philosophically because I do not want to believe in God, therefore I choose to believe in that which I know is scientifically impossible, spontaneous generation arising to evolution.” George Wald, Nobel Prize Winner in Biology.
