The Good Friday prayer for the Jews once referred to Jewish people as perfidis — Latin for “unbelieving.” In 1959, Pope John XXIII ordered the word removed from the prayer. In a Good Friday service in 1963, when the old text of the prayer was recited, Pope John XXIII “immediately ordered the prayer-chant restarted” with the word omitted

Vincent James Foxx, appeared to agree with Mawdsley. Foxx called the Holocaust a “weapon that provides power to basically every single label that they throw at you when you start to talk about the things that they don’t want you to talk about,” as well as a “force field”

Shields complained that since he was a child he was “propagandized” to believe that Hitler was the “most evil man that’s ever lived” and the “Nazis are the most evil people”[…]
“Things like, you know, he wasn’t pushing hatred towards other races,” Shields falsely claimed. “He was saying my people first[…]And, you know, like, again, he wasn’t — he was trying to get peace deals in the war. He wasn’t trying to take over the world”

Davis responded by telling Shields that Hitler tried to “nationalize the financial system,” which he said was full of Jewish “parasites.” Davis also attacked the Weimar Republic[…]
Weimar Germany, he said, was “highly progressive, culturally speaking” and “where transgenderism was invented.” He added that it “completely overthrew” the “old kind of Christian morality of Europe and proliferated an incredibly degenerate” culture[…]
Davis also defended Hitler’s decision to dissolve Germany’s democratic system in favor of a dictatorship[…]

When asked if she believed Weinstein was “innocent,” Owens said she believed he was “wrongfully convicted,” and that “there is a difference between being immoral and being a person who abuses their power” and “being a cold blooded rapist”

Owens signaled her intent to go through text messages and emails of Weinstein’s accusers in order to undermine their credibility, telling Von she was “shocked” by “what these women were saying after their rapes.” She added that she would not speak to someone who raped her in that way

Owens also complained that Weinstein “took the fall for the Me Too movement,” and defended another accused rapist: former Today host Matt Lauer

“But I just believe in justice,” she said. “If I hate you, I will still defend you if I think you’re wrongfully convicted. I hated Matt Lauer, and I was like, come on, guys. Calling him a rapist because he had an affair with his intern? I mean, women are just all always so hopeless”
