So in Deuteronomy 28, if a man rapes an un(???) virgin, a marriage union is created unless the father enols it.

Ah. Deut 28 is just a list of threats. Obey god, you’ll profit, piss on him, you’ll lose everything and end up a slave.
However, he’s probably talking about Deut 22:28-29
“28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, 29 he shall pay her father fifty shekels[a] of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.”
So, reducing women to porcelain thundermugs at the store. You break it, you bought it, IF YOU GET CAUGHT. Which is kind of a given, no one’s punished if you never get discovered. But it does seem to encourage killing the victim so you don’t get caught.
And, what if he’s married?
But that’s just my reaction to the scripture. THe bronze-age bullshit of the before time.
As to the OP:
“ a marriage union is created unless the father enols it.”
THESE are the people that don’t want consenting adults allowed to form a SSM because it REDEFINES MARRIAGE! Which includes in the definition being sold as property to the man who defiled her.
TAKE that ‘redefinition of marriage’ objection, print it on low-quality paper, roll it up, and ask a homeless person to rape you with it.
…and your ultimate arbiter of morality put in Le Club Pudding the underage child bride Mary. Oh, and at the same time breaking his own Big 10 re. Adultery.
Then you wonder why modern civilisation is based on secular Rule of Law…?!
Confused?
