Oh, so many things wrong with this post.

First, non-heterosexuals are not necrophiliacs (or, to use a coinage from the greatest fanfic ever, "necphilaks"), and most necrophiliacs are probably heterosexual.

Second, neither eugenics nor genocide have anything to do with socialism. In fact, they would go against the humanist principles which most socialists espouse. Anal sex, pedophilia, and infanticide have nothing to do with any political position, though it should be noted that most sex scandals happen to Republican politicians.

Third, most secularists dislike Islam as much as Christianity, if not more. (Remember, there are Christian leftists, after all.) Claiming that the Muslims renamed Persia Iran to honor Hitler is completely ridiculous, as the Iranians called themselves Aryans since long before Hitler was even a mote in his father's eye. It was the European racists of the 1800s who stole the term to apply to themselves, apparently being ignorant of what it meant. Persia was always called Iran by the people who live there.

Fourth, there are no corpses to hide. Fetuses are small. Besides, the fact that abortion is legal is public knowledge, so there would be no need to hide anything. (And not all liberals are in favor of abortion, but that's another matter.)

There are no corpses of aborted fetuses, they are simply too small. You'd probably need about 20 to make a lamp shade.
My guess is that the remains are used in medical research.

Socialism in real life contains equality for all, medical health care for all, at least a living wage for all.
What Hitler did was fascism, right-wing politics. He just named it National Socialism to fool the masses, and it worked, sadly.

Literally none of that has to do with socialism. None. Socialism is an economic system and the resulting manner of societal organisation. If people want to go add on genocide to their program (i.e. Stalin), then they're just adding other things with a socialist system (Stalin really steered the Soviet Union away from socialism to the bureaucratic mess it was in the Cold War anyway).

It was called Iran centuries before Muhammad was even born. Persia is just the Greek-derived name. Looking at how stupid everything else here is, I'm amazed you managed to connect the word "Iran" to "Aryan", which is actually true...because Persians were the original Aryans, imagine that.

If they aren't real, we can't make lamp shades out of them. Even in reality where unborn humans are real, when they're aborted they're only the size of a grain of rice at most. It would be far too expensive to make anything out of that.

Why hide the corpses

There's plenty of real pictures of aborted fetuses, but you probably won't find pictures of a cute infant who's been dismembered like you're looking for.
