Hebephilia would be the preference for women between 9-11 years (beginning of puberty).
Teleiophilia would be from the age of 12 (mean age of menarche, sexual maturation, reproductive capacity)
At 12-13 years the woman becomes post-pubertal.
Jewish tradition was right when considering 12+ women as adults.
