The point is not merely to express reverence toward disease-spreading homosexual depravity, nor to sexually corrupt children — although both of these are worthy goals from the point of view of a moonbat. For generations, the BSA has served as a bastion of decency and morality against the rising tide of cultural decay that is both the cause and the result of liberalism. Forcing the BSA to betray its own values, then looting it out of existence with lawsuits when the inevitable molestations come to light as they did after homosexuals infiltrated the Catholic priesthood, will remove this obstacle on the path to progressive utopia.

The BSA has, so far, not permitted homosexuals to be scout masters, however, a 14,500 page report, known as "perversion files," compiled by the BSA covers child molestations by scout masters. The complete “perversion files” date all the way back to 1919 and contain more than 20,000 names. The BSA covered up and never reported most of the molestations to the authorities. The BSA is no better than the Catholic church.

It's hardly amazing that the Girl Scouts have had none of the dire consequences predicted by the fundies, despite the founding of the American Heritage Girls. And as for the Boy Scouts, if you've told yourself that homosexuality is a contracted illness, then you can't understand that some of those "little boys" (and some not so little) might be gay as well.

Corporate sponsors are not know for their cowardice, but for supporting what they like. That's fine when it's the Tea Party, but when it's a change in the BSA, hear those fundies scream. Besides, the fundies' boycotts have had absolutely no effect on the sponsors.

Ok, let's pretent for a moment all gays would also do it with kids if they could (let's just enter that bizarro world for a moment) if they could just go into a gay bar before or after, why would they do that? What reason would there be to harm a child, possibly get punished and lose your position if you could just wait a few hours and have none of that.
