In this country we are innocent until proven guilty. I’ll wait and see for the facts to come out.
You are literally repeating all the talking points people use to defend rapists. Misogyny and rape culture personified. How utterly predictable from you, though.
Honestly, fuck off. I am not excusing anyone. Innocent until proven guilty is the cornerstone of our country’s legal system.
No. The cornerstone of our country’s legal system was that SOME people were innocent until proven guilty. Our legal system was founded on racism and misogyny, which is why folks like you always fall back on it when you’ve got nothing else to explain away why you defend someone who sexually assaulted a woman.

Who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman. You don't actually know unless you saw it happen.
I can't just pull out the smashed remains of some broken piece of property, say "she did it," and she gets locked up. The fact that I'm a white guy and she's a black woman doesn't change that; the legal system is not that messed up. I would have to convince a jury that she actually broke it.
I'd bet against moviemeister being a teenager, but then, I'd be cheating because I've interacted with her in the past and already know she isn't.
Is she usually this bloodthirsty?

Who would Be In Jail? You decide.
A Misogynist, thus the Alt-Shitists' & Nazis' 'Emprah' would get a taste of what it's like to be at the receiving end of behaviour based on unjustifiable thinking : or a Rapist, who - to get a lighter sentence - would plea-bargain with knowledge he would no doubt have of Misogynistic acts committed by the former?
Whoever wins, you lose.
@pyro :
Moviemeister76 does this on nearly every single issue, but she's being an entitled predator, not bloodthirsty. She's the type that demands obedience and unconditional agreement because she feels the world owes her everything.
Try doing this, if you have the courage:
Use Search -> Comments . Type (not ntroll=0) into the WHERE field, type moviemeister76 into the BY AUTHOR(S) field, and select a time period of no more than one year in the POSTED BETWEEN boxes.

To many Kossacks, if a black woman accuses a white man of a crime, the legal system should automatically convict the accused even if all evidence exonerates him.
"Who would Be In Jail?"
Yes.
Okay, what would you prefer to the assumption of innocence? And where do you get this "come people" crap? Everyone is (supposed to be) granted equal protection under the law, and innocence is presumed until guilt can be proven. This is, in fact, how the American Justice System works.
And "giving the same legal rights afforded to everyone else" is not "defending". It's following consistent rules. I'm all for harsh punishments for sex offenders, which is why I'm also for a thorough examination to verify that the person is, in fact, guilty. You don't go around punishing the innocent in the hopes that no guilty people slip through. That's fucked up.
You just keep slinging racism and misogyny around like wrecking balls, expecting them to demolish anything they come across. You're taking the meaning out of the words. And you're making yourself look like you have no coherent counterarguments for any points presented.
moviemeister76 is partly right and partly wrong. The legal system has this 'innocent until proven guilty' rule because legal consequences can be severe, and it is wrong to visit those consequences on someone who isn't actually guilty. However, this rule isn't perfect, especially in cases of rape, as the very nature of the crime fairly often means it basically comes down to whether the alleged victim is telling the truth, or the alleged rapist is telling the truth, with no real conclusive evidence either way. With 'innocent until proven guilty', this slants things in favor of the alleged rapist, regardless of whether they're actually guilty or not. 'Innocent until proven guilty' is therefore often used as a talking point by rape apologists and misogynists to mean that, unless a victim takes their rapist to court and gets them found guilty, that rapist is innocent, and the victim is just a lying whore. The reality is that, even if a genuine rape victim has the courage and will required to go through the entire process of investigation and trial, it's quite possible they may find their rapist is found not guilty and freed, despite being completely, 100% guilty.
However, it is a bit far to say the legal system is founded on misogyny and racism - it's simply the case that the legal system isn't perfect, especially when dealing with rape.
Confused?
