The Prophet Muhammad said that there is no need to wash off the urine of the male infant.
Only the urine of the female infant should be washed.
In the case of the urine of the male infant, it is enough to sprinkle water lightly over it.
From this, the religious scholars have concluded that the urine of the male is less impure than the urine of the female.
This gives rise to many questions:
Why is there a distinction between the urine of the male and the female?
What is the wisdom in this?
Is this, as some Orientalists claim, discrimination against the female, even in infancy?
God forbid that this is true.
In order to prove the wisdom behind this, scientists from an Iraqi university have conducted a unique experiment.
Of course, this experiment was supervised by a professor from the International Commission on Scientific Signs in the Quran and the Sunna.
This experiment proved that a type of bacteria known as E. coli - and you can see a picture of this bacteria behind me...
We found this type of bacteria in the urine culture of both male and female infants.
What was strange, however, was that the urine of the male infant contained much fewer bacteria than that of the female.
This proves unequivocally that this is the true religion, and that this knowledge was conveyed to the prophet by Allah.

"International Commission on Scientific Signs in the Quran and the Sunna."
hahahahahahahahahahaha!
Guys, this must be a troll though, never saw that comission.
Yep proves beyond all doubt that Islam is the one true religion.
For anyone who hasn't check this website out http://www.faithfreedom.org/
Teaches a few things about the 'prophet' Muhammed.
Depending on the method of sample collection, I can imagine that this might actually have some truth in it. Differences in anatomy mean that girl-pee generally has more contact with external surfaces on its way out than boy-pee, so unless they're collecting samples with a catheter, a slightly higher level of E Coli contamination picked up from skin wouldn't be surprising.
Of course, this would only prove the divine origin of the Quran in the same way a study showing that undiscouraged killing of ones neighbours (or coveting of their asses) had negative side effects would prove a similar provenance for the 10 commandments. One way for a religious edict to arise is as a way to enforce some kind of behaviour that has been observed to be a good idea, but for reasons that the science of the time is completely unable to explain.
The bible proves unequivocally that the koran is a lie.
Exmuslim Turk: This group is real. They are trying to get ahead of the infidels by finding advanced science in the koran so they can have flying backpacks and ray guns and so on give them a military advantage.
Prophesies are nothing but wild guesses. When, by pure chance, one of them happens to have some validity (based on reasoning that was never given at the time of prophesy), you can't claim the whole lot of them are valid. Assertions without rational derivation are worthless; even if subsequent experiments produce results consistent with that assertion, they do nothing for the credibility of the original blind guess. Blind guesses that are correct by sheer luck are every bit as worthless as the ones that fail.
Yes unequivocally.
My guess is that, no matter what, the "International Commission on Scientific Signs" knew what the results of the "experiment" were before the "experiment" was conducted.
Jesus Fucking Christ, using piss to justify subjugating women (god forbid!). Religion truly makes people act in the most fucked up ways.
sure it does.
what a dope.
"... this experiment was supervised by a professor from the International Commission on Scientific Signs in the Quran and the Sunna."
Possibly the least independent body in the entire history of the universe. You'd probably get more free-thinking from a grunt in the IRG.

Of course. Because the best way to carry out experiments is with extremely obvious predisposed bias. I seriously hope you're NOT a fucking doctor, for the sake of innocent people and their healthcare everywhere.

Oh, of course.
perhaps the baby girls' parents don't realize that you're supposed to wipe front to back, and not back to front?
or maybe this is just bullshit...
Problem is, all urine is sterile when first produced. It can quickly become contaminated once it leaves the body, but fresh urine from males and females should NOT contain E. coli. Unless, of course, your precious scientists somehow managed to confuse urine with feces...
I wonder about the logical step between how it is washed and the conclusion that female urine is more impure. Surely the need for washing is based less upon the urine but the structure of the respective anatomies. I would have thought the anatomies themselves would also account for any difference in bacterial growth, if indeed the bacteria weren't an artefact in the experiment
Here's a helpful suggestion Dr. Ahmad Al-Muzain; sex, especially with one's own wife should be V-to-A and never A-to-V, and if you MUST go A-to-V wash your dick off first and hopefully both you AND your wife can have sparkling, E. coli-free instances of urination time and time again. Have a nice day, NEXT!

Or they were sufficiently incompetent that they didn't sterilise the apparatus properly. I don't see any mention of a control culture either.
That is wrong.
Urine should not contain bacteria and definetly not E.coli.
If it dose then that person has a urinial tract infection.
the PH of urine is not exactly the best enviorment for bacteria to grow
At least muslims are willing to offer their experiments up as they push their insane beliefs onto others. Christians just say to trust them and the bible, no matter what. This is still completely untrue, but it's at least better than what any christian has to offer. And even if this were true, it doesn't prove that allah or the koran is any more correct than any other belief system.

Couldn't this be just because it's easier for a girl to get an infection if she's not kept clean? This sounds along the lines of Jewish dietary laws. People got sick from eating pork, therefore god doesn't want them to eat pork. Boy babies get less infections than girl babies, therefore god says it's okay to wash boys less?
I don't think it has anything to do with the "purity" of urine.

If your God wanted to prove his existence by imparting divine knowledge to Mohammad, he would've been much better off if he told him about microbiology and germs, rather than this misogynistic twaddle.
It is quite amusing (and sad) that these fools would, at one hand, zealously decry science and scientific knowledge in the name of religion, and then they would audaciously try to use that very science to prove their religion.
The youtube link up there isn't working, so here's another link to the same video, if anyone's interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcW2BSVjtVY
