The Islamic terrorist group, the Taliban, which claimed responsibility for shooting 14-year-old Malala Yousafzai in the head said in a statement recently released that they did not shoot her because she wanted education for girls and women, but because "of her pioneer role in preaching secularism and so called enlightened moderation."
To prove that their vicious ungodly act was in agreement with Islam, they used the story from the Quran found at Surah 18:74-81. This repulsive and foolish story is of the Islamic hero and "righteous servant of God," Khidr. As this nonsensical story goes, Khidr and Moses were traveling and encountered a young boy. Khidr murdered the innocent boy. He explained the reason for murdering him was because the boy had parents who were "believers" and the boy could possibly cause trouble for them when he got older. (This is actually in the "holy" scriptures of Islam! People actually believe and accept this tripe as being the word of God – very sad and dangerous.) The Taliban statement stated, "If anyone argues about her (Malala's) young age, then the story of Hazrat Khizar in the Quran (states that) while traveling with Prophet Musa (AS), (he) killed a child. Arguing about the reason of his killing, he said that the parents of this child were pious and in the future he (the child) would cause a bad name for them." (This is the same "revealed" religious line of thinking that was a key motivator for the Christian mom from Texas, Andrea Yates, who murdered her five children to save them from getting possessed by Satan.) The Taliban statement also said that they do not believe in attacking women but that Islamic Shariah law demands that Malala be killed for her actions of trying to bring enlightenment to Pakistan. This part of their statement made clear that, "whom so ever leads a campaign against Islam and Shariah is ordered to be killed by Shariah."
What do you think would happen if these sincere Muslims who make-up the rank and file of the Taliban were educated to the fact that yes, God is great, but that also the greatest gift God has given us, other than life itself, is reason and that if we do not value and use our God-given reason in all aspects of our lives we are turning our backs to God? Personally, I strongly believe that the majority of them would at the very least start to question Islam and many of them would leave Islam behind for Deism. This holds true with Christians, Jews, Hindus and everyone who is currently in the rank and file of a "revealed"/hearsay unreasonable religion.

Hell; Lake of FireAngelica Elizabeth Zambrano Mora of Equador claims that when she was 17, she died for 23 hours and was personally given a tour of heaven and hell by Jesus. Her mother, a devout Christian, says the girl died but admits that she did not call a doctor because she wanted to give God 24 hours to bring Angelica back to life.
The Christian devotee says that there were all kinds of people in hell, including her relatives and famous people. Kids who play Pokeman or watch too much TV are in hell. She alleges that demons are running all over the place, back and forth from hell to earth, turning people from the lord. She claims that she saw Jesus weeping profoundly because he couldn't do anything about it.
Among the celebrities Angelica says she saw being tormented were:
Pop musician Selena, who supposedly "would scream and demons would hurl spears from afar into her body and she would cry, 'Help me, Lord, have mercy on me, Lord!' But the Lord told her, 'It is too late.'"
Pope John Paul II, tormented for eternity 'because he did not repent' and had amassed a great deal of wealth. According to Angelica, "He had a large serpent with needles, wrapped around his throat, and he would try to take it off. I pleaded with Jesus, 'Lord, help him!' The man would scream, 'Help me, Lord; have mercy on me; take me out of this place; forgive me! I repent, Lord; I want to return to Earth, I want to go back to Earth to repent.' The Lord observed him and said to him, 'You very well knew. You knew very well that this place was real—It's too late; there is no other opportunity for you.'"
Michael Jackson was in hell, according to the Christian girl, because he made a pact with the devil to become famous. She warns, "Anyone who listens to Michael Jackson's songs or sings them or who is a fan of Michael Jackson, I warn you that satan is trapping you in his web so that you will end up in hell. Right now, renounce it in the name of Jesus! Jesus wants to set you free, so that you will not be lost."
Thousands and thousands of people are choosing to walk straight to hell, the young doomsdayer proclaims on her website, and that demons hold meetings in hell, plotting out their attacks.
The young woman then goes on to describe the rapture, which seems almost as bad as hell:
Daughter, I am going to show you something: How I am coming to Earth for a holy people. I am going to show you how the day of the Rapture will be." We walked to a place with a giant screen, and I saw people in it. I could observe the whole world. Then suddenly I saw thousands of people disappearing. Pregnant women had their pregnancy disappear ,and they looked like they had gone crazy screaming.
Children had disappeared from all over. Many people were running from here to there, screaming, "This can't be, this can't be! What's happening?"
I saw those who had known the Lord, that were left behind. They were saying that Christ had come, the Rapture happened. They screamed and wanted to kill themselves, but they couldn't. The Lord told me, "Daughter, in those days, death will flee; Daughter, in those days the Holy Spirit will no longer be on Earth." There were accidents but I didn't see a single dead person: all of them were alive, although injured.
After the Rapture I, observed enormous traffic with thousands of people. He told me, "Daughter, look, this is how everything will happen." I then saw people running from one place to another, shouting, "Christ came, Christ came!" They would plead, "Lord, forgive me, forgive me, take me with You!" But sadly the Lord said, "It's too late. The time to repent is now."
Angelica has apparently turned to preaching the gospel along with her schooling. She has a Spanish language video which tells people that they need to repent. Her story is popular on Christian websites.

Something radically wrong is happening to our nation and I think the Bible puts its finger on it very clearly. As a nation we've lost the fear of God. And America in 1950 was called a God-fearing nation. But nowadays, if you talk about the fear of God, you're a fundamentalist Bible-bashing, narrow minded bigot full of hate speech, but the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, that's all it is, the beginning of wisdom. And someone who fears God looks upon God for their moral guidance. They don't go out and commit adultery, they don't lie, they don't steal, and they definitely don't go around killing people. When we interviewed those 15 people in "Genius," the whole 15 of them had no fear of God before their eyes. And what's happened is that we've had British redcoats invading our nation and shoot our youth through the heart. Men like Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens, who now went to meet his maker, have come in with their smooth English accents, have convinced millions of young people that they're nothing but primates. There's no ultimate right. There's no ultimate wrong. And when that happens to a nation, when they make them into God haters, something dies within a nation and that's what's happened in America. When a man can go to an elementary school and shoot people, including children, to death and then shoot himself, he doesn't fear God in the slightest.

[On whether nonbelievers could be elected to public office.]

Unfortunately, I think any person who did that would have a difficult time winning. Actually, I don't believe that there is such thing as an atheist because no respectable atheist would walk around with something in his pocket that said 'In God We Trust.' Nonetheless, I think that those of us who understand that we live in a pluralistic nation, we've got to be the ones who tell people openly, in public, on national TV, that we cannot tolerate that, where people make decisions about people who don't have a faith.

Ronald Weinland, who considers himself a prophet of God, continues to warn that Jesus Christ is returning on May 27, 2012.

For those who do not believe him and mock his message, Weinland claims that they will die from cancer.

His website, Church of God – PKG, claims that various end times events were triggered by the scattering of the Worldwide Church of God after the death of its founder, Herbert W. Armstrong. With Armstrong no longer at the helm, Weinland claims he "is the pastor of God's Church on earth, has also been appointed by the God of Abraham to be His end-time prophet and one of the two end-time witnesses (and spokesman of both), preceding the return of Jesus Christ on May 27, 2012."

After speculating that it was possible that Hitchens secretly spoke with Jesus Christ and became a Christian before his death, Fischer said that if Hitchens "died as an unrepentant atheist," he is in a dark place where there is eternal suffering, "weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth" because God loves him.

"If Christopher Hitchens is in fact in hell, he's there because God loves him, not because God hates him, but because God loves him," Fischer declared.

"What I mean by that is that God loves us enough to, at the end, give us what we insist on having," Fischer explained to his Focal Point audience on the American Family Association's radio talk station. "If we are determined to have our own way, then God, in the end, is going to give us what we insist on having because that's what you do for people you love. Any parent that has adult children, you know this. You've raised them. You've instilled values in them. You counsel them. You urge them. You appeal to them. You pray for them. But they don't always make life-affirming decisions and you can see them heading down a path that you know can be terribly destructive for them. It breaks your heart to see it, but you realize that they have a free will of their own. "

Fischer went on to say that Hitchens wanted to spend eternity in hell. "Now if you think about it — to me it would not be a loving thing for God to say to Christopher Hitchens, 'You've spent your entire life — you're still defying me. You died in defiance. You still are in defiance. You stand before me. You don't want anything to do with me. You don't want anything to do with my Son. You don't want anything to do with my gospel. You don't want anything to do with the word of God. You don't want anything to do with other people who are followers of me.' It would not be a loving thing to compel people like Christopher Hitchens to spend the rest of eternity in a place that he hated, a place that he does not want to be, a place that he has no desire to be, a place that he has spent all of his life resisting, condemning, avoiding, refusing to embrace. To me, that is not love. That would be a form of cruelty."

According to Fischer, Hitchens' friends can find some release in knowing that God loved Christopher Hitchens enough to respect his right to reject him. Fischer believes that Hitchens would not change his mind and would continue to chose hell, even if he had "seen the light."

No matter what you think of the mythical separation between church and state, it is not possible for there ever, in the United States of America, to be a separation between God and government (hooting and clapping) because God is the source of every single right which government has a sacred duty to protect (more clapping and shouting). Now, I submit to you that not a single one of our unalienable rights will be safe in the hands of a president who believes that we evolved from slime and we are the descendants of apes and baboons (shouting and clapping). Now, if you doubt me, look at the nation states in the 20th century which rejected the creator God of the Judeo-Christian tradition – Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, Communist China. The one thing all of these secular states share in common is dead bodies.
