As a Christian he has a clear sense of morality and will know that what he has done is wrong. That is not necessarily true of a Darwinist who just has borrowed morality that can change with the wind. For that reason a Christian criminal should receive a lighter sentence than an unbeliever.

You pick this out to show that Christians are favored in the court room, but look at how creation scientists have been persecuted by the American government. Kent Hovind is the obvious example; he was given ten years in prison for a fictional crime. In truth this was yet another attempt to shut up those who go against Darwinist dogma.
