They tend not to keep track of their own falsehoods and stereotypes, let alone actually apply any logic whatsoever to them. Remember they also believe that white people are genetically superior and smarter than everyone else, but at the exact same time we're all unbelievably stupid and Jews are terrifyingly cunning super-manipulators who control civilization easily and utterly right under all our noses while black people are veritably superhuman muscle masses we should all fear but are again so stupid we for no explicable reason ignore and cover up the "fact" that every black man has raped every white woman and cannot go five minutes without punching a white guy.

I'm pretty sure neither of those are mutually exclusive. One can fully believe that being raped by black men is a bad thing, and that if it happens it's still the victim's fault for not taking enough steps to keep it from happening. And if one thinks that black people are rabid beasts, then it's even easier to divorce any responsibility from them. But of course, even if they can't reasonably be blamed, they still need to be put down for everyone's safety...
