To put this in context: westernized asian women would choose to take the easy route by dating/fucking white men for social acceptance/status, rather than taking the long road of establishing ethnic respect by sticking with asian men instead of being sellout whores. When encountered by enemies, how many women would fight to the death or kill themselves, rather than simply submitting? A man's ego is intricately tied to that of his group. You challenge the group, you challenge the man. Men dominate, women are dominated.
Women may be able to grasp the concept of honor or loyalty, in the abstract sense, however they will never truly feel it the way men do. You and I may enjoy or understand quantum physics at a surface level, but will never truly understand the machinations behind it all, the same way that a quantum physicist would.

Also? No one has the right to tell another person who they can and cannot be attracted to. No one has the right to demean another for being attracted to, loving, and wanting to be with someone outside a narrowminded box.

Exhibit 1. My stepmother. A woman who has known me less than a year, but has stepped up to the plate as a maternal figure to a pretty unbalanced and mentally ill young adult who suffers from PTSD, depression, and a nasty case of self loathing.
She's a genuine, honest, and sincere person who graps the concept of honor and loyalty far better than you ever will.
I have to believe that there are SOME Asian men who are in happy relationships with women, both Asian and European: indeed, I know several. The rest of them post words of self-loathing and woe to the losers' club, I suppose.

Few women will kill for the "honor" of their football/soccer team, yes. A couple of days ago, a soccer player was hurt just after he'd made a goal. He got one player's elbow in the head and then hit the ground with the head first, was knocked out and started twitching. A WHOLE LOT of guys in the supporter stand for the other team chanted "Let him die, let him die, let him die". It was clearly heard in the news report. want to grasp that kind of honor and loyalty...
While I disagree with the misogyny, there is indeed a systemic problem of emasculation of asian men and hyper-sexualization of asian women, which is in turn internalized by many. The same exists among blacks, but reversed.
Whom we choose to associate with and date/marry says a lot about our own values, and such choices are loaded with social and political meanings (even though there are many people who try to handwave all those bothersome considerations away behind the "It's just personal preferences" nonsense).

It's not different anywhere else unless you're someone like Ringostardestroyer who projects their inability to get laid onto others. They often take what would otherwise be blatant bigotry and slap a thin veneer of SJW stuff like "racist Hollywood is emasculating Asian males" on it--for example, the webcomic "Single Asian Female" (which, of course, was written by a male virgin). They have a Rodger-like belief that a white guy fucking a girl (who isn't interested in them anyway) is colonial oppression. "Societal attitude" bullshit can't control what makes my dick hard--otherwise, I would be into normie stuff and not furry porn. If a man has sex with one of what they call "our women," it's because he finds her sexually attractive, not because he has a preconceived notion that she'll be magically quiet and submissive.

And while I don't technically disagree with that, I have no idea what an acceptable* solution would even look like. The only saving grace, I guess, is that when they're not encoded in law or otherwise nailed down, stereotypes are extremely fluid. Compare the stereotype you just described with a stereotypical Asian caricature from the 1960's.
* As obvious examples, having the government assigning people mates randomly is not acceptable, nor is offering incentives for mating a certain way. There are enough loveless marriages already.

One issue is that I can barely even name any famous Asian men off the top of my head that are widely considered sexy. In most media portrayals, they are either portrayed as nerdy or as some martial arts fighter. So one simple solution would be to simply portray Asian men, as well as black women, as sexier in tv shows, movies, etc.
Can't really speak about Asian women but I know that the popularity of anime/video games/music has made Asian guys very popular among Caucasian women, so at the very least saying 'Asian guys can't get laid cos they're not portrayed as hot' is bollocks.
For a while at least DBSK/TVXQ had the largest official fanclub in the world and I'm willing to bet a huge % of that were Asian women and girls.
