We learn, not evolve. Evolution is for passive victims.
I have no fear that God will not give us all the wisdom we need.

Ass-backwards. Both because such victims pass little-to-nothing on and because learning is a part of evolution.
Submitter left out this part, by the way.

"Evolution" is what every damn one of us does when we are born. We carry the genes of our mother and father on into another generation, with a unique combination that differs from that of every other human on the planet (unless you're an identical twin). When we become parents ourselves, we become the "transitional forms" between our parents and our children. When they have children, they pass it on. Do that for a few thousand (or a few million) generations, and the ancestors and the descendants may bear very little resemblance to each other.
That's called evolution. I'm not sure what YOU think it is, but you are almost certainly wrong.
“We learn, not evolve.”
Really? We ‘learned’ the amount of pigmentation in our skin? LEARNED a smaller mouth size so wisdom teeth hurt so much?
“Evolution is for passive victims.”
Um, all the rabbits that the wolves victimized did not, in general, dominate the next generation of rabbits and thus, evolve.

I know of a guy that went into the lion exhibit with no fear that god would not protect him. He was wrong.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
