If women dress improperly, they are at a higher risk of being sexually victimized (and are putting other females at risk as well) and that will never change. No they're not. There's no real connection between sexual assault and how the woman dresses. Besides, the same thing could be said for someone with an iPhone 6, a Mercedes, a Rolex or anything else that attracts criminals. Should women all carry 10-year-old flip phones, wear Casio watches and drive Civics to avoid tempting people, too?
