Because the Bible tells us that homosexuality/transgenderism is an abomination, so homosexuals and transexuals resort to atheism because of their hatred of the Bible. They can't admit they are in the wrong and atheism provides a cover for them to be accepted.

The Bible nowhere mentions transgenderism (as you call it) or homosexuality. Neither word had been invented back then.
Homosexuality came into linguistic currency in the mid 1800s, and the other one in the 20th century.

Well... that might be the reason that some transgender or homosexual people are atheist, yes.

Not being a transsexual I can't say, but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably due to Christians constantly condemning them for being sinful, playing God, being freaks, etc.

which really if you think about it, could also be taken as condemning anal sex with women or virginal sex with men, but either way says nothing about transsexuals.
