Isn't it odd how the space club is a millionaires only club?

Round earthers say you can literally fall over the edge of the planet forever. Just *oops* I fell over and now I'm ORBITTING forever. So easy the Chinese are doing it from their discount factories but only millionaires have permission to go to space.

Isn't that funny. Have any of you ever been asked to be a millionaire? It's kind of an insiders club. No matter how many times I've tripped over things I've never found myself in orbit. Just like I've never been asked to be a millionaire - and never will.

Trust me, if the Chinese could sell you an orbital package they would. It's all smoke and mirrors my friends. You aren't invited to the party.

Pure speculation. Like I mentioned before in response to Rama Set. Yes, meteorites do contain Iridium-191 and -193... but so does a nuclear blast, and traces of these can be found all over the Earth in all sorts of places... so either a) several meteorites hit the Earth throughout history or b) advanced ETs periodically nuked the Earth for whatever reason (I cannot particularly fathom their motives). Either theory is perfectly valid, it just depends on which one you subscribe to. I, for one, think it was nukes. Why? Because ancient texts across the world talk about nuclear weapons, way before nuclear weapons even existed according to modern science.

Ancient India's religious texts support the nuclear weapon theory. Here is an expert from the Mahabharata:

"The Earth shook, scorched by the terrible heat of this weapon. Elephants burst into flames and ran to and fro in a frenzy, seeking a protection from terror. Over a vast area other animals crumpled to the ground and died. The waters boiled, and the creatures residing therein also died. From all points of the compass the arrows of the flame rained continuously! "

It goes on to state that: "a single projectile charged with all the power of the universe!"

Later in the text, we can read these words:

"An incandescent column of smoke and fire, as brilliant as ten thousand suns rose in all its splendour. It was the unknown weapon, the iron thunderbolt, .....a gigantic messenger of death!"

To me, that sounds like a description of nuclear weapons. Now, how would ancient people from India be able to describe a nuclear blast so accurately? I feel like that is much more than a coincidence. I am also glossing over the numerous other references in ancient books that describe very similar events. The Bible mentions a great famine that Prince Joseph is warned of by 'God'. The famine described sounds very much so like a nuclear winter caused by fallout, as it covered the entire Earth and killed off many species of animal.

Art Corvelay #crackpot #pratt #ufo theflatearthsociety.org

How is assuming a meteorite anymore valid than assuming nuclear weapons? We know both things exist and we know that both things cause iridium contamination. Nuclear weapons also cause uranium soil contamination, which is found all across these blast sites.

Like I've explained before, you're saying I'm speculating but you are also speculating as well by assuming these blasts were caused by meteorites. You cannot personally verify that they were caused by meteorites, and the same evidence you claim proves it was meteorites also proves it as nukes.

Additionally, if these blasts were indeed caused by meteorites, then why is it that we are no longer being bombarded by huge meteorites all the time like in the past? Literally, some of these impact craters happened very soon after the other... how is this possible? Did we just magically become immune to meteors all the sudden? I don't think so.

Also, "an incandescent column of smoke and fire, as brilliant as ten thousand suns rose in all its splendour"is a pretty close representation of a nuclear blast. I don't think you can get much clearly than that besides straight up saying "it was a nuclear blast". This is describing a mushroom cloud... and don't say "volcanoes", because they were not in the area being described in the ancient texts. You're reaching if you think that this passage is describing anything other than a nuclear blast.

Art Corvelay #crackpot #ufo theflatearthsociety.org

BiJane, let me ask you something. How big do you think the universe is? We are just now developing nuclear weapons, but they have existed for a much longer time than that. If you accept the current scientific model of the universe then you have to believe that there is life out there somewhere, not just on Earth.

If you accept this, is it so ridiculous that a civilization on another planet has developed technology equal to or greater than our own? With nukes, space ships, and everything else we have today? Surely you dont believe that our civilization is the paragon of technological excellence, do you? If so, that is quite arrogant on your part.

When you say "meteors have always existed" - well, yeah sure, thats true... but life has always existed too. At least, existed much longer than simply what we observe on Earth. To dismiss the idea that advanced ETs possibly colonizied our planet in the past, or interferred with our history in some way, is preposterous.

Also, adding to your comment about the ancient texts depicting nuclear blasts: what else causes an explosion with the power described in the text I provided? It seems pretty specific to me, and nothing in our ancient past could possibly produce a mushroom cloud of the magnitude described in the Mahabharata.

As for the other points brought up earlier in the thread: I will respond to them in time. I am quite the busy man, and I appreciate all the responses.

I am a long time lurker of this forum. I enjoy the interesting discourse as a result of the FET, but am not a proponent of its beliefs as there is simply not enough evidence. I figured I would post my theory here, since it seems like you all appreciate good ol science and conspiracies. And I've certainly got a conspiracy for you here.

We've all heard the stories about the mass extinction of the dinosaurs, but are we missing something? Recent evidence has come to my attention that points to the idea that advanced ETs killed the dinosaurs to make way for human colonization on Earth. This evidence is almost irrefutable. There is also evidence that dinosaurs and humans may have coexisted at some point in human history, as there are several ancient depictions of dinosaurs in ancient artwork and myths (dragons, for example).

Here is a carving on an ancient Cambodian temple named Ta Prohm, built in the late 1100's and early 1400's:

That is very clearly a stegosaurus. How would our ancient ancestors know what these great creatures looked like? Could it be because they lived with them, and even possibly made them their pets?

Art Corvelay #crackpot #dunning-kruger #pratt #ufo theflatearthsociety.org

But, I'll get on to my main points. The dinosaurs were killed by nuclear weapons. The main piece of evidence that convinces me is the presence of iridium in the soil layers at the great impact site in the Yucatan Peninsula. As many of you should know, iridium is a left over byproduct from nuclear weapons, as nuclear weapons contain iridium-192. In fact, the impact at the Yucatan would have had approximately the energy of 1 x 108 megatons, i.e. about 2 million times as great as the most powerful thermonuclear bomb ever tested. That's some pretty advanced stuff. Most of this evidence can be found here. But there are also several other places across the internet where you can easily find this information. What I am suggesting is that highly advanced ETs dropped a nuclear weapon from orbit on the Yucatan Penisula (at the impact site of the supposed 'meteorite impact') in an attempt to eliminate the dinosaurs. As we all know, this impact caused the eventual downfall of the land-based dinosaurs. Supposedly a black fog covered the Earth, plant life died, leading many dinosaur herbivores to starve, which caused the meat eaters to die from lack of food as well. It was a vicious cycle, and mainstream science describes it very much so like a nuclear winter caused by fallout from a massive nuclear explosion. Coincidence?

Also, iridium has been found in dinosaur fossils from the same period. Some of the dinosaur fossils were reported to glow when taken from the soil... leading to special equipment being used to carry and assemble these fossils. Why would these fossils become so covered in radioactivity? Could it be because they were all killed off by a nuclear weapon?

Is Columbus Day National Discrimination Against Flat-Earthers Day?

My day has been filled with people who normally don't even mention the subject gratuitously declaring that the Earth is not flat in my presence. I've seen and heard it mentioned several times in the media, colleagues have referred to it in mocking tones, and several neighbors who know I'm a flat earth believer have pointed fingers at and laughed at me while children were present.

Nevermind, of course, that there's zero connection between Columbus and the shape of the Earth in the first place.

If people disagree with my opinions, I'm fine with that. I'll try to help them see the truth, but if they can't I'll leave them alone about it. Yet it seems perfectly acceptable to treat flat-Earthers as a group like we were Gypsies.

I'll get over it, but I sure hate this incredibly stupid holiday.

NASA has always been very involved with corporate wealth as were its predecessors in the United States and fascist Germany. Fascism is defined as the control of government by the wealthy. When government is stronger than the wealthy, then the weak at least have a chance at justice, opportunity, and fairness.

Most modern conservative western schools of economic thought such as libertarianism (i.e. as advocated by the CATO institute or the Heritage Foundation) or the Austrian school of economics all have fascist roots and are propaganda for the wealthy which includes Austrian school members like Frederic von Hayek and Milton Friedman (who was so popular with the Reagan/Bush team).

Not everything they say is a lie, but the backbone of their philosophy is fascist. You can tell a lot by who their enemies are. There has been a lot of money spent on this propaganda since world war ii which has unfortunately successfully equated capitalism with liberty in many peoples' minds. The opposite is the truth. Liberty has nothing to do capitalism, but fascism is the offspring of capitalism.

The same goes for most science that has the same funding as conservative economics theories. It is rubbish intended for the masses. NASA founder Werner von Braun was himself a Nazi SS officer who worked with and for SS leader Heinrich Himmler, and his science is just as fascist and just as false in america as it was in Nazi Germany.

Almost everybody acts as i'm crazy when they hear i say "the earth is not a spinnig ball. Not spinning and not a ball". It is harder to crack prejudice than an atom. So it is hard to convince them. But when i try to convice somebody, after i talked usually they change their mind as confuse. Because i don't see anybody can defence one of main argument about diffusion.

More altitude gravity decreases but suddenly occurs diffusion is a really strong power; so how atmospher resist to difuses to the space. This question has no answer. I recommend to ask this question first for all discussings.

I do believe that this happened but wonder about the mechanism of such (I am a religious person but believe that Jehovah rarely intervenes physically in the world and thus what we read in the ancient texts, including the Bible, did happen but with a natural explanation.

What worries me most about NASA and the other agencies poking around in the celestial sphere (and this is where I disagree with many of my compatriots- they are doing SOMETHING up there, just not what they are telling us) is that they may damage the delicate mechanism of this creation.

My own view (and I have nothing to back this up other than my own intuition and thoughts) is that NASA, ESA and Roscosmos are in a race to breach the firmament. In addition I think there are efforts to tap the suns energy. All of this could lead to catastrophic and unforeseen results.

Beyond the icy bounds of the Southern Circle, lies a vast circular ocean, and beyond that the forbidden continent, Antichtone; any ship or plane will reach the Aether Screen and go around this landmass by accident. Admiral R. Byrd discovered that Antichtone/Atlantis had lakes, forests, mammoths and hills covered with vegetation, far inland - exactly what was seen by the Nazis during their 1938-1939 expedition.

There are vast tunnels under the Earth; some of these lead beyond the Ice Wall. Alexander the Great and his armies made use of these tunnels; so did the Nazis in many of their campaigns. This is the only way to reach Antichtone, and it is why many mammoth fossils are found in vast caverns under ground, whereas modern elephant remains tend to scatter themselves over the open plains of Africa.

I must thanks my esteemed colleague, November 17, for enlightening me as to the tunnel complexes used by Alexander; I have synthesised this research with the findings of the venerable Levee, in providing my synoptical answer to your questions.

I am able to peer above the lofty peaks of the Ice Wall, because I am standing on the shoulders of giants.

I came to believe in a flat earth, because I was convinced that the earth wasn't spinning and I kept seeing videos of flat earth associated with a stationary earth. I kind of resented that, because I thought it was making stationary earth look crazy. After a while though I gave in and watched some of the videos. Eventually, I started trying experiments on my own and could see that a lot of it made sense.

For example, something falling off a table and hitting the floor could be explained by a lot of other things, besides "gravity." And that was easy to accept for me, because a stationary earth had already got me thinking about that. You know, if the earth isn't spinning at a thousand miles per hour, you don't have to worry about flying off of it!

If you look at Freemasons symbols such as the two pillars Yakim and Boaz.

On top of each pillar in some of their celestial diagrams they have the globe earth on one plllar and a map of the constellations on the other pillar.

The pillars of their faith is two world wide deceptions which they created to deceive the world, while only the initiated will know the truth of where we are.

Which is why you didn't connect with me and just looked at my profile?

At any rate, I hope to have no professional connection with you as you seem to be an academic; academics are not only part of the problem at large, but are also a despicable sort of tyrant that should be completely removed from our society - by force if necessary. A profession born out of restriction to advance and clutching on to existing power and antiquated ideology - it surprises me that anyone associating themselves with the Flat Earth would choose to make themselves party to such awful business.

I suggest you look into the history of our group and the circumstances surrounding the time when we emerged as a force to be reckoned with. The emergence of the scientific profession is at odds with the emergence of free-thinkers like the real Flat Earth Society and at odds with the ideas of a free and open society.

While rare few have shown themselves to be above the petty power grabbing that is rife in the walls of the ivory tower you laud, I will not make exception in this case. The academic is the intellectual equivalent of the bourgeoisie who derives his power from the structure and validity of a false religion; from the fruits of those whom those above you have duped into creating real labor and addition while you yourself add nothing but a will towards keeping the status quo and an ever increasingly crescendo of "yes! yes yes!" while increasing the number of useless papers in useless journals that no one will peer review or in many cases even read.

Thank you for your interest in my consulting, Steve. We are booked up until the end times in 2023. Feel free to inquire then.

Apparently on board the ISS Canadian Commander, Chris Hadfield, has covered David Bowie's Space Oddity. Full story.

He's not an astronaut. He's way to good at singing. He's an actor who has spotted his opportunity and is trying to get his big break. And good luck to him.

This comes off the back of ISS adverts for commercial products.

Its clear that NASA views the ISS as a money spinner. I certainly can't think of a single technology that has been created off the back of this 'space station'. They are trying absolutely everything to keep the public interested in this fantasy.

Let us consider the RE model, and please no giggling.

Their oceans. Consider a molecule of water anywhere in the ocean.

How much does this water molecule weigh?
How much volume does this water molecule displace?

What then is its buoyancy force?

Go ahead, figure it out... okay be lazy and I'll explain it. Every molecule in the ocean is perfectly buoyant. That is to say the buoyancy force is exactly opposite to the gravity force on it. This means the oceans are free from gravity.

Perplexed? Of course you are, you have never seen our oceans floating around our world like giant liquid clouds. They fill their container, starting from the lowest possible point. This can only be if the container is pushed into them. The earth MUST be accelerating into our oceans to prevent them from floating away.

Another victory for FE!!!

Actually he raised some valid points against Islam. A few examples:

1. Islam teaches polygamy. In fact the Koran is a text based entirely on this immoral doctine of men having multiple wives. Muhammad for example had 11 wives.
2. Islam teaches sexual immorality. The Koran states Muhammad had sexual intercourse with over 20 woman (including women outside his marriages, including several of his owned female slaves).
3. Islam teaches child marriage (sick). Muhammad married Aisha when she was six years old. The Hadith, explains that he had slept with Aisha while she had childrens ''dolls'' in her bed.

None of these facts are distortions from ''anti-Islam websites'', all these things you can read in the Koran and Hadith. Also the usual liberal argument ''well all religions teach the same thing'' is a fallacy here. The Bible is strongly against polygamy (and those that practiced it were punished i.e King Solomon), is against sexual immorality (it promotes no sex outside marriage) and thirdly is certianly against underage marriage or any other as disgusting things.

(Regarding the fact that Mary Horton, the founder of the Talk Origins Usenet newsgroup and archive, is a transsexual)

They point to the fact that entire site is biased.

Why do you think transexuals hate christianity & creationism?

Why are most atheists homosexual/sexually immoral?

Because the Bible tells us that homosexuality/transgenderism is an abomination, so homosexuals and transexuals resort to atheism because of their hatred of the Bible. They can't admit they are in the wrong and atheism provides a cover for them to be accepted.

6 different types of evolution

Cosmic evolution: the origin of time, space, and matter from nothing in the “big bang”
Chemical evolution: all elements “evolved” from hydrogen
Stellar evolution: stars and planets formed from gas clouds
Organic evolution: life begins from inanimate matter
Macro-evolution: animals and plants change from one type into another
Micro-evolution: minor variations/adapations

First 5 have never been observed, tested or repeated.

Only number 6 *microevolution is science.

You can still believe in the first 5 as your religion/faith though, but they are not science.

Fable Accepted as Reality - International "Space" Station

2 Timothy 4:3-4: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The "International Space Station" is an unoriginal hoax. NASA videos and photographs of this station are filmed on the Earth at a studio designed to imitate a station in space.

An earlier form of space station propaganda, the Skylab hoax was perpetrated in 1974. The Viking Mars lander propaganda which began in 1975 and 1976 was accompanied by the Star Wars space propaganda of CIA agent George Lucas which subconsciously focused much of the public's mind away from suspicious thought concerning the reality of these events.

[An excerpt of DD explaining the Round Earth conspiracy]

How Does The Conspiracy Benefit?

This is not easily answered, but I've taken some insight into this and made some estimates on how the conspiracy could be making money:

Display of Power:
Some people are control freaks. Maybe they get a rush from showing that they can change everyone's mind about the true shape of the Earth.

So, the government messed up at a really bad time to mess up, and they've been pooling all of the already-angry tax-payers' money into research that eventually led to a less-than-exciting discovery: The Earth is flat. Everyone was wrong. Millions (probably billions) of dollars of money that didn't really belong to them had been basically tossed down the drain for research of the round Earth, when, in fact it was flat.

So, instead of angering people and possibly even sparking a revolt of some sort, they made up some stuff. And you know how lies tend to roll and get bigger and bigger until they're inescapable? I'd say a worldwide conspiracy is that concept...to the max.
