The destructive movement is the holier-than-thou attitude towards an archaic and by and large constantly-redefined concept of 'sin.'
The only reason why people would want to find freedom from homosexual behaviors and same-sex attraction would be to stop being persecuted by people like Eunuch's Fire. If you're doing something, enjoying it, and not hurting anybody in the process, why should it matter to anyone else what you're doing, how you're doing it, and/or who you're doing it with? Is this that much of a difficult concept for these fundies?

All that those "ex-gay ministries" MIGHT have accomplished is turning some homosexuals into bisexuals.
Some aspects of sexuality are indeed an acquired taste, but once you acquire the taste you can't un-acquire it.
So how is the redemptive power measured? I invoked it until I was blue in the face. After quite a few years I finally decided it didn't exist as it never kicked in to de-gay me. And then I settled down to a normal life, got a partner - we're together getting on for four decades now. (Do fundie marriages last that long?) I've never seen a gay agenda, so please post one here.
