Having many sex-partners increase the risk of getting STDs, yes. But I'd guess that professional prostitutes, if that is a term, would check themselves for STDS fairly regularly, for their own and for their customers' sake.
Needles don't spread STDs, but they can spread hepatitis and HIV, which are also blood-borne diseases.
Chads are imaginary; that's why they never experience negative effects.
What, do these mythical beings have some kind of super-STD-immunity too, aside from incredible sexual prowess, muscles like pro-bodybuilders and faces like supermodels? Oh and I never had an STD in my life, while a straight friend of me (not even sleeping around that much) got two already over the course of his life. So yeah, an incel who lives in his only made-up world, news at eleven I guess...
Many of those "healthy" "Chads", "Stacys" and "Tyrones" may have STDs, too. Not all STDs are these gruesome fatal things that make you sickly. Some are just gross and annoying like Herpes. Most are treatable or curable.
All it takes is one encounter. A non-promiscuous person could have sex with an infected partner one time in a committed relationship out of love and still get infected.
Some of these can be spread other ways, too. Ask the late Ryan White.
...Also, you can be born with certain STDs. For example, a significant portion of people with non-symptomatic type 2 herpes got it from their mother, who in turn may have gotten it from *their* mother (or from their husband, who may have gotten it from their own mother, and so on). Even doing everything humanly possible to avoid STDs is no guarantee of anything, though outside of AIDs you're not likely to be harmed by any which you were born with... but you can still be a threat to others.
Incidentally, this is also part of why the idea of "virgin purity" is garbage.
Unless you actually ask someone, how do you know they don't have an STD? I'm willing to bet there are plenty of "Chads" out there who have gotten STD's from "fucking armies of girls." The more unprotected sex you have with random strangers, the more chance you have of catching an STD.
