So, even if Russia is no longer communist, if they gave away what it was godly right to the Panamanians and September 11 is rising due to the nonchalance after the end of the cold war, are the doves to blame?. Worst theory explained.

Supposing this is all true, which I seriously doubt, why didn't Reagan or George H.W. Bush do anything to fix it? Oh, that's right, they were too busy fucking over the country in their own way, and pissing off the Middle East. And if George W. Bush is so great, why did he just sit on his ass after he was told that Al-Qaeda was a threat?
Al Qaeda didn't start up because of Soviet expansion in Afganistan, fuckwit. The United States funded Al Qaeda, hoping they'd fight off the Soviets. Repeat after me: The United States gave money and weapons to Al Qaeda.
