But you see, the thing is we do have the right to quote you outside of Yahoo! Answers, Your words are not copyrighted in that case and they are poseted in a public forum, and even if they were copyrighted we could still quote them under fair use exclusions to the copyright laws. But if you really wish to waste the money on a lawyer, then by all means do so, after all, a fool and his money are soon parted.

Not when they are posted in a public forum for all to see. We don't need your permission, even if they were copyrighted. Fair Use laws allow us to qoute you for the purposes of both review and parody. The only way your words would be protected by law would be spoken or written communication that falls under the scope of privilaged communication (i.e. lawyer/client, doctor/patient, priest/penitent privilages.), none of those cover quotations from writing or speech made in public forums, or in front of 3rd parties. As such your claim of ownership and exclusivity have neither grounds, standing, or validity.
If you don't want use to mock the stupid things you say, then don't say stupid things, it's that simple.
