Why had no one ever seen a rainbow before Noah?

Because there weren't any rainbows until God created them as a sign of his promise that he would continue to take his anti-psychotics so that he wouldn't be tempted to all but exterminate all life on the planet ever again.
That much is obvious, isn't it?
Well *obviously* in those days, water suspended in the atmosphere did not refract light from the sun. Also it not only never rained, but the Earth and its life was sustained by a perpetual fog. After the flood, God caused fundy idiots like yourself to be able to see demons, goblins, but not have any common sense and have a retarded ability to integrate knowledge. Unlike the rest of humanity (including many Christians) who look at you and your writings and shake their heads in despair... :-/

OK
Stick with me
There was never a Noah that built an ark and saved two of everything.
Rainbows occur from the angle of perception of mist and sunlight. They've happened as long as the sun has been shining as rainclouds travel. Before anything ever walked this Earth
There's a very logical reason for this.
See, Ireland hadn't been created yet, so there was no place for leprechauns to live and create their pots of gold. Without pots of gold, you don't get a rainbow.
It's quite simple really.
OMG OMG OMG OMG
PALMFACE!
Australian aboriginal paintings dating back thousands of years are proof that Logicalthinker should be renamed Logiclolwut.
NOTE: GigaGuess, you just became my hero.
Quite simple. Since Noah never existed, it can be claimed that the point in time that he saw a rainbow does not exist, and therefore there is no "before" that time. Ergo, nobody saw a rainbow before Noah, because no point in time satisfies the condition.
Confused?
