Black Fatigue: The Content of Their Character

Certain people aren’t tired of Black people: certainly since a white person kissed a black one in the 1960s on TV.
Since Uhura, so many white people didn’t experience fatigue when Tuvok promoted Seven of Nine as Captain: to the end of commanding the flagship of that which represents diversity : the United Federation of Planets’ USS Enterprise-G .
…but then, as that Vulcan - formerly of USS Voyager - would say: Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.
People of any color don't bother me. People who dehumanize other people for things that they cannot change, those are annoying. It tends to lead to evil, too. Black fatigue? Fabricated by racist propagandists. Fatigue against your bullshit? Protecting people against your crimes? Legitimate.
Edit/Adding: This is called profiling, stereotyping, jumping to hasty conclusions, out of one's own bigotry and confirmation bias.
