Crops come from dirt but that doesn't mean I eat dirt. Women aren't sentient humans with coherent or original thoughts. Women are just NPCs that semi-convincingly mimic the behaviors of an actual human for the purpose of advancing reproductive advantage. In many ways women are worse than animals, though, since their effects are so much more deleterious towards human society.
