Well, if being a judgmental asshat is the ONLY requirement to get into heaven, then I’d genuinely prefer to go to Hell instead. At least the company will be nicer there…

I mean, you’re criticizing the plot of a Simpson’s Episode, which is mostly a set-up for his ’I’ll Be Damned’ comment and the immediate consequences.

I’m old enough to remember when Homer joined the Navy and rode on a submarine. I’ve spent 16 patrols on subs, and I did NOT go out of my way to express my ire at HOW WRONG THEY GOT IT. I mean, Christ, it’s a fucking CARTOON! For COMEDY! They don’t CARE if it makes a fact-checker cry.
I’d be much more likely to write a letter about errors in Crimson Tide, which was just a ten minute wardrooom conversation padded out to 116 minutes.

so this means that i can be the most evil person i can be and if i believe in god and Christianity i will get to go to heaven but if i be the best person i can be then i will go to hell if i am not a Christian. This god of yours is petty and unjust who damns people on the basis of belief instead of actions.
