You're right, it's completely crazy, and out of your own imagination.

Yep. The kid works up the nerve to tell Mom and Dad that they’re gay. or Bi. Or just confused or curious. And since that would reflect negatively on the parents’ self image, they say, “NO YOU FUCKING ARE NOT!” And send the kid to Xian camps to brainwash them ‘back’ to straight and normal.

Really. No one’s committing suicide as a reaction to being accepted, you dipwaddles.

I'm pretty sure that isn't a thing.
