A Malaysian lawmaker is in hot water after saying that if a woman refuses sex to her husband, she is “emotionally and physiologically” abusing him, AFP reports. Activists and people on social media have called the comments “ridiculous” and “saddening.”

Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh, a Muslim MP from the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) party, made the controversial comments on Tuesday during a debate on amendments to domestic violence laws.

All throughout history, women have been pampered like little babies by men.

They have had virtually zero responsibilities.

The one responsibility that they have had is providing sex to their men when they require it.

And somehow now, that is just too much for them.

Of course, it actually isn’t too much for them – all they have to do is lay there for ten minutes — not exactly a huge burden.

They pretend it is too much for them as a way to punish and control men.
