Target has announced it’s progressing with the times and getting rid of gender-based references throughout it’s stores. Glenn took Target to task on radio Friday with a very common sense argument he’s willing to stand up and say boldly, no matter what anybody says. “You know what? A guy is a guy and a girl is girl. And that’s all there is to it,” Glenn said. In a corporate update released last week, Target reported: We heard you, and we agree. Right now, our teams are working across the store to identify areas where we can phase out gender-based signage to help strike a better balance. For example, in the kids’ Bedding area, signs will no longer feature suggestions for boys or girls, just kids. In the Toys aisles, we’ll also remove reference to gender, including the use of pink, blue, yellow or green paper on the back walls of our shelves. You’ll see these changes start to happen over the next few months. We thank guests all the time for challenging us to get better at what we do and take the shopping trip to new levels. To help give voice to what many people are feeling about the “new levels” Target is striving for, Glenn read aloud from an opinion piece by Matt Walsh. I won’t attempt to defend every gender stereotype or “gender norm,” but I do subscribe to the radical theory that boys and girls are different and distinct from one another in complex, concrete, and important ways, and many of the dreaded “norms” are, well, normal and biological. It is precisely our role as parents to help our kids “conform” to their gender, to their identity, and grow from boys and girls into well adjusted, confident masculine men and feminine women.

As Glenn explained, this conversation has nothing to do with homosexuality. Instead, this incident on The Broadcast speaks to a larger devolution of an individual’s ability to express him or herself freely in society.

“I got news for you: This particular case has nothing to do with homosexuality,” Glenn said. “I’m so sick and tired of people saying, you know, ‘They want to drag us back to the 1950s.’ Excuse me? You’re dragging us back to the 1950s. You have anyone who disagrees with you not able to sit at the same damn lunch counter. I no longer can sit at the same lunch counter as everybody else who has the politically correct opinion. It’s not about racism. It’s about my viewpoint.”

Glenn vowed that he will not shut up. He will not comply. He will not back down because he knows God lives. He encouraged his listeners to take a similar stance.

“I know God lives. I know God is involved in my life, just as much as he is in your life… Because I know he lives, you will have to imprison me… I will not sit down. I will not shut up. I won’t. I will not conform. I will not comply. Period,” Glenn concluded. “If I may quote Obi-Wan Kenobi, ‘Strike me down. Strike me down. I will become far more powerful than you can imagine.”

Since Reagan’s presidency, as his “I’m from the government” quote signifies, the people of his time widely believed they should dread all contact with the government. This illustrates the fact that, from its founding, the U.S. government has gone from being the protector of its citizens’ freedom to being its greatest enemy. If the people’s relationship with the government were so bad in Reagan’s time, how would people of that era react to the logarithmically scaled reduction in personal freedoms since Obama’s coming to power? Indonesian Madrasas were responsible for forming the foundational elements of Obama’s personality in accordance with the philosophies of radical Islam, including its characteristic hatred of America and Israel. Later, as a young adult, Obama perfected his hatred of America at the feet of Reverend Wright. Obama’s alleged win of even one election is proof that the majority of Americans have neither the moral, nor the intellectual capability to choose its leaders. To eliminate the effectiveness of the votes of such uninformed voters, who are essentially voting themselves a check, ballots should not indicate a candidate’s party affiliation. By doing so, the uniformed would have to study to know the issues or their votes would be randomly cast, and therefore, ineffectual.

Just last week, Glenn invited a number of guests into the studio to expose the indoctrination taking place in Texas schools under the name of CSCOPE. Tonight he turned his attention to Common Core, a program infiltrating schools across the United States. As Glenn quickly found out during the show, there was too much information to limit it all to one show. So tonight, Glenn brought guests on the forefront of the fight against Common Core who are speaking out because they have seen the impact of the program on education.

Why is Common Core so devastating for education? It’s dumbing down schools across the country.

It’s teaching math in an untested new way with no evidence that it works or has any hope of working. Math experts are even saying it marks the end of improvement in education.

It de-emphasizes literary works like Huckleberry Finn in favor of informational texts including song lyrics and government documents.

And, of course, historical documents like the Gettysburg Address are going to be taught without any kind of context.

“This is just the beginning,” Glenn said, “And it has to be stopped.”

Forty-five states, the District of Columbia, four U.S. territories, and the Department of Defense Education Activity have all built their curriculum from this single program.

Glenn said that people should also be wary of Common Core based on the people who are putting it together. For example Linda-Darling Hammond was endorsed by domestic terrorist Bill Ayers for Secretary of Education and served as an advisor to the Obama campaign.

“Progressives have jammed this through in the dead of night,” Glenn said. “Beside being dumber, our kids are going to be indoctrinated with extreme leftist ideology.”

“We will not save our country unless we save it first from this attack.”

If you look at history through a biblical world view, the last step before a nation is completely destroyed is they drive the righteous from among them. If this isn’t a sign of a group of people that will drive the righteous from among them, and that’s the last step before God’s wrath comes, I fear for our country and it is - it cannot be overstated, it cannot be called paranoid ... If you are a God-fearing person, hear me. Last call, America. Last call. Because the righteous will be driven from among them.

They are nasty, divisive and, I'm sorry, but there is no way to describe that quote from Valerie Jarrett other than evil. Warning: Saul Alinsky is just the beginning of these people.

But I believe in the American people. I believe that we are not too far gone. I believe that people can watch and see the difference. They can feel the difference. When you watch Barack Obama, you can just see he is angry. When you watch Mitt Romney, you can see he is not. We are not an angry nation. We don’t listen to demagogues like that. It doesn’t work. No matter how much power he has amassed, no matter how many friends in the media he has, Americans know. And if they reject it this time, if they’re so dead inside - that’s a possibility - if they’re so dead inside that they can no longer see the difference between good and evil, we have to be destroyed because we will be a remarkable evil on this planet.
