Success is in the eye of the beholder I guess. If you consider the right to lawfully commit sodomy, gay marry your same sex partner, shout out at psychiatric conventions in order to get your mental illness overturned then, yes, homosexuals have been successful and the reason is the agenda as mentioned before. Anal and oral sex is mostly practiced by heterosexuals (as there are much more straight people than gay people), and they have, to my knowledge, been legal much longer than homosexuality.

I'd guess that it was the psychiatrist who removed the mental illness status from homosexuality, when they realized that it doesn't fit any illness symptoms, and that you can't be "cured" from it.

Look around you on Sunday morning. Realize that you have no idea what sexual practices occurred on Saturday night between any given heterosexual couple, and are unlikely to know unless you were part of the action. You are not only ignorant of WHAT acts they do in private, you don't even know WITH WHOM they had sex. That's called "private" for a reason, and that means it's none of your business. Same goes for homosexuals. Unless you are sharing the bed, YOU SIMPLY DONT KNOW, and that's as it should be. You wouldn't want everyone to know your private business, would you?
And yes, many churches do a pretty darn good job of spreading hate. Not all of them, but unfortunately the hate-mongers are the most vocal.

Why would the porn industry be behind homosexuality? Since homosexuality was illegal in a lot of states, it would be easier to just make straight porn. If you convince people that homosexuality is okay, then that means less gay people buying straight porn to prove they're straight. Not good for the porn industry.

You'll need to provide citations to credible sources if you want to prove that porn companies were a major force in overturning homophobic rulings. I wouldn't hold out much hope from you, given that you have resorted to the usual lies and hysteria typical of the bigots. Besides, even if what you said was true, I'm left with a feeling of ambivalence. Pro-LGBT legislation has been pushed through under greater acceptance for the necessity of non-straight individuals to have equality, along with public approval, and the debate has not been won with bribes.
