This is not even a passage that talks about the “circle” (note to creationists: a circle is a two -dimensional shape, not to be confused with a globe!); Indeed, it begins with the north being “stretch[ed] out”, which would strongly contradict the image of a sphere where all meridians converge at the poles and if anything implies a flat, square Earth (although unusually, this would seem to place the cardinal directions as the sides rather than the corners).
And even if this were about a spherical Earth floating in the void, the Book of Job is from the mid-sixth Century BC, which would put it a mere century ahead of this insight being documented among Greek philosophers, who arrived at this conclusion by simple observation and logic.

There's a verse about the "circle of the Earth", but that's hardly evidence that the ancient writer knew anything of the natural world. A circle is also not a sphere, just like bugs don't have four feet, birds don't sing in perfect pitch, there never was a worldwide flood during human times, rabbits don't ruminate, there never were a golem called Adam, a magic rib otesanek named Eve, a talking snake and an irresistible vegetal lure to trick humanity into suffering...
