The Bible speaks of instances happening in Bible times as if they were happening today. Listen to the audio below and you’ll learn something productive. The Bible mentions Scriptures such as the one in James chapter 2 verses 2 and 3:

For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: James 2:2, 3 KJB

That word “gay” means, in this context, happy, bright, cheerful. And we all know what the meaning of the word “gay” is today, don’t we? It means homosexual. Back in Bible times homosexuals would have been put to death, let alone highly esteemed in public gatherings. You can apply these verses in James chapter 2 to both back then in the apostle James’ day AND for today, because “gay” people wear “gay clothing” such as bright colors (especially the stolen rainbow) and shiny trinkets. You know I’m telling the truth!

Truly the Word of God is NOT BOUND!!
