Woman in STEM is even more easy-mode than woman in dating/general life. Smart women will go into STEM for GUARANTEED high paying and highly desired jobs. Industries aren't hiring people just for being geniuses in the field, they're hiring people that they will benefit from because they're just gunna train them to do a specific job anyway. Oh yea, and let's not glance over the fact that 100% of the interviews I've had even with STEM jobs were with a female interviewer/hiring manager. Wonder why women and charismatic handsome men are more likely to be hired... guess it will forever be a mystery.
