Looked this up. The NIAID and Moderna had a deal back in 2019 (not 15) to share information, and there is an issue to get the government to claim co or partial ownership to provide help with other vaccines and get some cash instead of just Moderna.
Which it wouldn't have to do if it co-owned it already.
Misrepresentation, anti-vaccination conspiracy theories, obstruction of public health disinformation. Putting some public money into general healthcare management is not a crime, neither is it nefarious, bullshitter. It's even sound strategy when there is an emergency and the goal is to provide it, usually free, to the general population. Then if you have evidence of actual corruption and deals with conflicts of interest, present it. What there is evidence of, is that vaccines have been effective and have saved many lives.
I assume the US government is investing in many potential vaccines in expectation of future epidemics. It's best to be prepared, right?
This is part of that "promote the general Welfare" mentioned in the Preamble. I thought patriots such as yourself would recognize and support it.
