Any faith that puts harsh and unrealistic restrictions on sex (which is most of them, if not all) have such stories, but killing all men would not resolve that issue. Decapitation would certainly stop a brain tumor but most sane health professionals wouldn't consider it a cure.

Again, nearly just as many boys die because of those, and in most cases, the women of the family are just as willing to pass the death sentence as their male counterparts. Honor killings are a cultural thing, gender is more or less irrelevant here.
Do yourself a favour and look up the history of the various matriarchal societies and you would realise that these societies weren't any better in terms of crime rate, violence or war.
