They were literal cannibals, it's been proven... Yes, some cultures practices cannibalism. Others, not so much. For the Algoquin spread over large parts of Canada, cannibalism was the highest taboo, with starvation in the cold woods being preferential, for anyone who engages in canniblism is cursed to become a Wendigo - a malicious monster forever tormented by an unquenchable hunger.
The peoples of two enornous continents spanning all clinates are not a monolyth, you idiot!
that stuff stopped when white men began believing in a monotheistic worldview and started assigning morality” You know that European morality at the time included stripping girls in public and having them undergo deadly trials, with those few who somehow survive tortured and executed as witches, and when innocents (i.e. all of them because witchcraft is nothing but superstition) died during the trials, well, they would get a proper burial and their souls would go to Heaven, so all is well, right?

…Leaving aside all the people who had a moral worldview long before either white people or monotheism, the people who created your (presumably) beloved Bible were Middle Eastern Jews - i.e. not white.

She doesn't understand other cultures and combines them all into one. Akin to people like Jerry saying non Christian=satanic but not really knowing anything about the other.
Candace: the settlers brought diseases and slaughter with them. And similar to other atrocities, it was brought by monotheism

Lovely. Let’s put her in a time machine and sell her to a horny, rapey Antebellum Plantation Owner (make him a fat ugly one to boot). YOU KNOW what the “massa” would do to the young and lovely female slaves, RIGHT?
Will she speak the same after THAT? I’d THINK NOT!
[Note; I don’t really want Ms. Owens to be raped. This is just some weird “what if” scenario.]
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
