Another example: South Africa was a prosperous country for all, black and white. Then the whole world called us racist and that the black man should be able to vote. Now they can vote, gut they live in MUCH worse conditions than before, now they have sewage flowing through the streets because they let the cleaning facilities go to the dogs. And the latest: they need aid for 'drought'. There are plenty dams to supply water, but the facilities have rusted away in the 20+ years they have been able to vote. The whine to be unemployed!
This is now all going to be visited on Europe!

They weren't prosperous. They lived in hell. Crime was often ignored. They couldn't vote. They were forced to do half their subjects in Afrikaans. Apart from that, Apartheid was oppressive for more than blacks. Afrikaans speaking people in some form of authority often frowned upon English speaking people, and often discriminated against them. Even worse for anyone who wasn't white. No votes, at least meaningful ones. And the censorship and theocratic take on things... I think you live in lala land.

There are growing problems. And they're getting worse, but that actually mostly affects the impoverished who are often black due to Apartheid. What the idiot above thinks is that her perceived comfort meant all people were in comfort, and that black people are part of some monolithic group and blindly vote for the ANC. It's an unfortunate problem that's hit some whites here who are so desperate to be oppressed victims worse than those under Apartheid, that they'd support killers and look like fools. (This is specifically when a man had hired people to kill his wife, and the men he hired were black. A few jumped and said it was racist because black men kill white woman, I'm sure you can imagine the vitriol that came with that. They're just that desperate for what they call a white genocide. But there have been other similar incidents.)
