Sounds like the men at EODM need to read their Quran a little more closely and learn about Muhammed's(sp?) original social reforms. They would see that Islam gave women more rights - including the right to be recipients of a marriage dowry, own property, inherit property, and divorce their husbands. They would learn that many of Allah's instructions in the Quran were undone after Muhammed died by men who wanted to return to the old tribal ways of the times.

This is very true that as women get more right they are becoming more tyrannical, because Human nature is just abusing whatever edge you have. However this no questions asked divorce system should only be reserved for couples with no children. Couples with children, anyone asking for a divorce, man or woman, must be subject to through scrutiny, all reconciliation paths must be taken before the divorce, Family is the backbone of society and in divorces it's the children who suffer the most because the foundations of their lives are taken from underneath them. Children need to be raised with a mother and father in marriage. Any other post-modernist relativist argument is hogwash.
