@Frankperrewar The only way to fix the voting system is to have the department of the Treasury print all ballots with serial numbers on a security paper , so every ballot is unique and resistant to counterfeit.. What the NWO cabal did is prove that "election fortification" by dubious means is effective as the red ripple confirmed. How do you forget paper for printers in the modern age?

Ya know, I could, maybe, see one or two polling locations running out late in the day or something. An anomalies remarkable because of its rarity. Not a statistical impossibility like dozens of exclusively red precincts having the exact same problems.

That is the definition of coordinated and targeted. It's also unmistakably intentional.
