Countries are banning public gatherings and forcing bars/clubs, even restaurants to shut down. How does this fit in with "tinder is not real life"
When hospitals get filled up with sick, governments lash out and do the above. China did it, Italy did it, USA will probably do it.
Now if socializing in public with strangers or even with friends is damn near outlawed, can someone explain exactly how tinder is still "not real life"?

You could still find someone through a site that is not about dating, but an interest you share. Or even a dating site with more extensive profiles than Tinder.
Also, these things are not permanent.
Tinder isn't real life in the sense it's a game people play rather than something they take seriously, generally speaking.
Bast is right of course: why not use an actual dating site with more material to match? Tinder isn't exactly known for fostering long-term relationships or even relationships based on anything other than looks.
Perhaps a virtual hand sanitiser app would be best for you lot? Swipe down to activate, there's an animation, and you imagine it coming out of the Micro-USB/USB C/Lightning port on the bottom of your smartphone as you hold your hand there.
Because it's not as if you manbabies are at any risk - in your mothers' basements - of contracting Coronavirus.
...unfortunately. But we can dream, eh?!
What does Tinder have to do with anything else? Like The_Dybbuk says, it’s a game.
Covid19 is a potentially deadly virus disease.
Sure, you can find someone who SEEMS nice on Tinder, I guess (don’t know myself; I was 43 years old and married when it emerged). But you still ought to meet in real life, to make sure that she is the one she claims to be, and not a Russian bot, or a woman who pretends to be ten different women, or a man pretending to be a woman…
I suspect 'TINDER isn't real life' was stated in response to someone using TINDER stats to make sweeping generalizations about all women.
This will remain true even if no one on TINDER wants to actually hook up with your catfish CHAD account because of the virus. It's still not a platform ALL WOMEN use, so it's not gong to support stereotyping of ALL WOMEN>
I find it interesting that to start I was left wondering what public gathering closings have to do with Tinder, and reading comments from the supposedly stupid and cucked people on this site actually answered the question. Though it did lead me to further conclude that the poster is completely lost in his own world of own failures and inability to comprehend them even in the slightest.
Yes, Tinder is a game, which unfortunately because of people like this poster has become a much harder game to play for those it was meant for, since now they have to weed through incel bullshit attempts to waste their time. Tinder users want to fuck, and that’s pretty much it. You want something else? Don’t use Tinder. In fact, most dating sites and apps are going to be horrible for you, the rest charge you. Best to, you know, just go places that do things you like to do a lot, so you can meet people with common interests.
Oh, and don’t try to fuck everyone you meet there! If that’s what you want, then just use Tinder, and leave the rest of us the hell alone.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
