(Regarding block button allowing blocked users to see posts but not interact)
High time this happened.
The block function will block that account from engaging with, but not block seeing, public post.

In other words, a legal fig leaf attempting to maliciously comply with social media regulation, designed as a pure gesture of spite towards the spirit of the law, as it would offer no protection, no purpose, for the blocker, but indeed for the offender (do note that there is no mention of the block preventing being engaged by the target - and whether this will actually be true, I am certain that this is how Stinky wants it to be read, and probably also what he vaguely ordered his drudges to design initially).
PS:
Okay, I’ve read this wrong, under the assumption that the block was for not seeing, not being seen by, the target.
In the past week, I saw a woman bare her soul telling about her abusive ex and the hell she went through. She posted her story on the site you bought and subsequently ruined. The days following, she and those who support her received were endlessly harassed by the absolute dregs of humanity that you let run rampant on the cesspool that was once Twitter. For days her name was trending because of these losers would not stop harassing her and her friends with a lie her ex posted years ago about cheating allegations. Her co-workers and friends were hounded endlessly, one of which received DMs wishing horrible things towards her sick mother.
All of this because horrible people would rather believe a man without evidence than a woman with proof of the hell she went through.
These are the monsters you unleashed when you took over. These are the monsters you surround yourself with. These are the monsters that you are ruining people’s lives for.
All for your ego.
Elon, you are everything wrong with humanity. The fact that you are where you are is a complete failure of society.
No matter how much money you throw around, no matter what social media site you buy, no matter how many shows and movies you had to pay your way to get praise from, nothing will ever change this fact:
NO ONE FUCKING LIKES YOU.
And taking away the one thing that is keeping Twitter from being an absolute hellhole will guarantee that everyone will fucking hate you.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
