I would allow them to stay under a few conditions:

Mass sterelization for the men
Chinese women auctioned off to the highest bidder
A salary cap at no more than $10,000 per year
A blanket ban on anyone with Chinese heritage (including partial Chinese heritage) owning property
A blanket ban on anyone with Chinese heritage, including partial Chinese heritage entering any institute of higher learning, serving in the military, police force, or government
Any company wishing to employ a Chinese will pay a fine of $2 million per year.
Chinese will be restricted to menial labor
Chinese may not testify or defend themselves in courts

That's a little Orwellian for me. I'd be happy with just a straight up mass removal of non-citizen Chinese people and a severe cut to the number that can apply to for a school-visa. Don't let them own property or businesses here, just like how they do in China.
