Whenever there has been a vote of any kind on abortion in Britain's Parliament - including the last one several years ago - it's always been a Free Vote, where the party whips have no involvement, and the MPs can vote as per their consciences.
Like I say: the last one - on decreasing the time on abortions - several years ago, also included a vote on a ban on Stem Cell research.
That time, the vote was massively against both. One of those who voted against such was the then Leader of the Opposition, David Cameron. Even as Prime Minister, he struck a deal with the then Labour leader Ed Miliband on he & his party voting with his Conservative Party on legalising S-SM.
Homosexuality was legalised in 1967. The same time as Abortion in the UK.
All those Free Votes in Parliament concerning abortion. Every single time the vote has gone against altering the post-1967 legislation.
Six years before Roe vs. Wade in the US.

In Northern Ireland of all places, their previously anti-abortion policy has suddenly been deemed anti-human rights yesterday.
Not seeing even the IRA there shooting so much as one person even remotely involved in the lobbying against said policy at Stormont. IRA: Catholic.
Not seeing you campaigning against the method of all those retroactive abortions at US schools since 1764: the 2nd Amendment giving loonies the right to own automatic weapons.
A case of 'Save the Unborn Child!', but once outside the womb, 'You're on your own, kid!'.
No school shootings in the UK before Dunblane. None since.
The Church of England clergy in the House of Lords were among those in Parliament unanimous in their decision to ban guns in the UK after that terrorist act in 1996, so I'm afraid you have some explaining to do, NeoMatrix. Question:

Are All Muslims terrorists? Yes or No? I refer you to the Muslim countries of Jordan, Kosovo, and Azerbaijan.
If your answer is the only one possible, then you can explain why my best friend - a long-time Church of England Christian - is like me, someone who doesn't have so much as a criminal record for spitting on the pavement.
The Quakers & Unitarian Universalists: are they terrorists? Yes or No?
