What? Bush was the one giving all these agencies so much power after 9/11 and you guys never questioned that! You really are shifting the blame to Obama on every turn, don't you? What else did he do in your mind? Mind controlling people in Trumps administration to have secret relations with the russians? Rewriting the brilliant executive order Trump gives out so they become stupid and unconstitutional? Bribing judges to shoot down these orders? I should stop now before I give you ideas.

Also, I second what creativerealms & The Reptilian Jew said. Considering what Trump is doing, plus his constant insults of the intelligence agencies make me glad they're being so watchful over him. Let's just hope it's not too late.

That's what he did, because that's exactly his point.
The theory is that Obama has placed people into those organizations so that, while Trump is president, those agencies are still controlled by Obama's people who are secretly running the government and undercutting Trump by not backing his claims about Obama's wiretapping and planting evidence that Trump is a Russian puppet.
Sorry, but Obama was mostly a centrist, center-left on some of his policies at best. Here we have yet another person who doesn't understand what leftism actually is.

It's Trump standing there, looking shitty shifty, and behind him are silhouettes of Obama, labeled "NSA", "CIA", "FBI", "DOJ", and "IRS". They are all saying "We got your back".
Riiight, so then Obama was the single most powerful president in history? This is just more fuel for the "I'm the only one you can trust" bullshit that Trump and his moron brigade keep pushing.
Try and shackle or eliminate the FBI, CIA and NSA and I promise you that you will have big trouble. The states are already lining up in opposition to your policies.
