Some, like the author of this cartoon, are full of shit, and hypocrites and incredibly stupid. I forget what Muslim country Dylan Roof, Eric Rudolph, McVeigh, Robert Dear, Paul Hill, The Army of God, Christian Identity, KKK are from. And this ban plays right into Al Qaeda and Daesh hands. In other words in every way it's a bad move.

If I lived there, I'd be much more afraid of getting shot and killed by some hillbilly who fetishizes his gun since, statistically, far more Americans are killed by fellow Americans than foreign extremists.
