You rebel against oppressors. You can’t rebel against people who (according to you) ignore you.

Eugenics have been taken seriously during many periods in the past. It never went well. Particularly not for people who were deemed “subnormal”.
Surrogacy is a form of trafficking, slavery, prostitution. You pay for the use of someone else’s body. In this case a use that might damage the body for life, even potentially kill the person providing the body. So no, this will not be legalized everywhere. Artificial wombs will probably be available in the near future.
Blow-up dolls have been available for quite some time. In Sweden, they were called “UnderBARA, uppblåsBARA BARBARA” (wonderful, blow-up Barbara). How about a fleshlight and a real-doll?

That one was, strangely enough, called “realistické”, which I assume means “realistic”. That’s as far from realistic as I have ever seen! If that was a woman, she’d have constant neck pain, and almost broken her neck. Half her weight is in those boobs, for crikey’s sake!
