I’m pretty much straight as a ruler, but I do have some pride-friendly shirts BECAUSE my son is gay. And I don’t hate gays. And I have three transgendered coworkers, who i consciously refer to by their chosen name, pronoun, job title. Because it’s simple courtesy.
