If a Christian sins he actualy gives the Devil a legal right to affect his life. For example unforgiveness in a women especially with another female has been known to make one more vulnerable to breast cancer. Sin and sickness are linked.

Actually, he is sort of right. Lesians do have higher rates of breast cancer then heterosexual women. http://www.cbcrp.org/research/PageGrant.asp?grant_id=223 . But, it is more of a case of correlation then causality.
One risk factor for breast cancer is never having given birth to a child. There are more childless lesbians than childless straight women. Another risk factor is high BMI, and the lesbians in the study tended to have higher BMI's then straight women. It's also possible that because they aren't worried about pregnancy, lesbians have less contact with their ob/gyn's, who include breast exams as part of the yearly exam. Because of that, they may be less likely to learn about breast cancer prevention or catch cancer in the early stages.
Yes, lesbians have higher rates of breast cancer, but it isn't because they are lesbians but because of other lifestyle factors. A lesbian woman with a low BMI, who doesn't smoke, who eats healthy food, and exercises daily will have a lower risk of breast cancer then a straight woman who avoids all those things.
So if I take out a restraining order against the devil before the fact , I can sin conpletely free of consequences, because it would now be illegal for the Devil to interfere?
Cool! Thanks for that, Washerwoman!
I don't recall any law that recognizes the Devil as an entity whatsoever.
Of course, the Bush administration still has some time left in power, so that could change.

It's kind of like seeing a red Volkswagen Beetle and yelling "punch buggy - no punch back". It gives you the legal right to punch your little brother in the back seat of the car.
"If a christian sins he actualy [sic] gives the Devil a legal right to affect his life."
I had no idea laws even affect the Devil! It's good to know that the Devil is a law-abiding supernatural figure. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about your God.
Confused?
